However, in both scenarios we recognize that sometimes things don’t work
that simply. Sometimes your inactive agent may not want to refer a deal to you
or your company. If you sent them to us, we still want you to win. Therefore,
we are willing to split 65/35 (you get 65%, we get 35%) any fees we receive with
you after paying the referral agent, less any direct expenses.
Our standard referral fee is between 20% and 30% of the commission received and
is determined on a deal-by-deal basis depending on the price of the property
listed.
